Ethiopia Sidamo

Hints of strawberry with a black tea and earthy finish are the distinctives of Sidamo, which hails from the famous south central mountains in Ethiopia. We roast this natural processed coffee light to bring out lovely notes of strawberry and wine with a medium body, and a sweet syrupy finish. Pairs really well with some artisan dark chocolate!
